Just say NO

With everything going in in my life lately, yesterday I said no to free Krispy Kreme donuts at work, free potato chips at work, and when my family wanted to go if to eat for dinner... I went to the gym because I didn't feel like I could make good choices.  I don't usually tell myself no when it comes to food, so I'm trying.

Prepping food for the week! Only cut up one apple in advance... Breakfast is egg, asparagus,  mushrooms,  onions, and chicken baked in a muffin tin! Trying!

Personal Training

Yikes! Tomorrow I start personal training.  My family gifted me several sessions for my birthday. Yes, I was spoiled.  Excited, anxious and nervous for the changes that lie ahead tomorrow.  But I have been making changes slowly so this week would be easier.  Cutting bad carbs, nearly cutting pop altogether, and drinking tons of water. I'm not nearly as cranky as I was when I started cutting pop... It doesn't even taste as good after a couple weeks.

I will admit I fell into old habits when my during my Dad's illness and passing, but now is time to get back on track and not look back.
